Private Room in Bathurst NSWFeatured

Private room with recently new double bed, large double built-in wardrobe, small desk and TV.  The bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the house and I use headphones for TV and music anyway (and appreciate a lodger doing the same), so it’s a good situation for a shift worker.  All linen, towels etc. supplied.  Share bathroom and there is a second toilet.  Use of fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher (you have use of your own small fridge plus freezer drawers and separate space in food cupboard), laundry with dryer, garden area to sit in.  Starlink internet and Netflix included, all cleaning supplies including laundry products included.  Utilities included.

Situated close to Bathurst CBD and CSU (both are 2 or 3 minutes’ drive and 10-15 mins walk away).  Buses to Orange and around Bathurst nearby.  On-street parking.

You would be sharing with an older woman (60s), full-time employed, working from home 2 to 3 days a week.  It is comfortable, clean, and quiet and there is enough space not to be tripping over each other.

I prefer someone older (30+) and preferably female.  Must be non-smoker, minimal alcohol use, no drugs, no pets, no visitors including children.  The house is a non-fragranced space so if you like your perfumes, scented candles and air fresheners, it’s probably not the place for you.

Length of stay is negotiable up to a maximum of 3 months.
