Private Room in HelensvaleFeatured

New Townhouse with a community pool located in Helensvale, perfect for a University student! Fully furnished room with a double bed, built in wardrobe (extra shelving) and a study desk. You will have your own ‘shared’ bathroom (bathroom is only shared when we have visitors and bathe Sonny, otherwise it will just be you using it).

Great location: walking distance to Helensvale train station, Helensvale plaza and Westfield Helensvale. Only a 10 minute tram ride to Griffith University.

You would be living with myself, my partner who are in our mid 20’s and our cavoodle puppy (hypoallergenic), Sonny. We are looking for someone around the same age as us (not a necessity), someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of our space, chill, and someone we can get along with! We are non-smokers and rarely drink.

Price p/w: $350. Rent includes water and internet. Electricity bill will be split between us each month (can be negotiated to be included in your rent depending on your usage).
